Duramed currently markets 27 proprietary products, including:

> PARAGARD® T 380A IUD

> ENJUVIA™

> MIRCETTE®

In addition to these products, Duramed also sells 22 additional proprietary products, some of which are actively promoted by a sales force. These include Niaspan® and Advicor®, which are marketed under a co-promotion agreement with Abbott Laboratories (formerly Kos Pharmaceuticals Inc.). Duramed also initiated limited marketing for several mature proprietary products, acquired through litigation settlements, licensing agreements or direct acquisitions that are not actively promoted by a sales force. These include Duramed's LOESTRIN® and LOESTRIN® Fe oral contraceptives, acquired under a license from Warner Chilcott (formerly Galen).
